1. Who we are
Flex & Flow — original online fitness and stretching courses delivered via the Telegram bot @flexflow_main_bot. Public information page: flex-flow.fit.
2. Data we collect
- Telegram ID (numeric) — to grant you course access.
- Email — from the payment processor, for receipts and support.
- Name on payment receipt — as entered on the Creem checkout page.
- Course progress — viewed lessons, current day — so you can see your journey.
- Technical data (IP, User-Agent) on site visits — for basic analytics (Google Analytics).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem.io — our Merchant of Record. We do not store or receive your bank card details or other payment data. Data is transmitted directly to Creem in compliance with PCI-DSS. Under the MoR model, Creem acts as the seller of record for tax and acquirer purposes; we are responsible for delivering the course itself.
4. How we use the data
- Provide and support course access.
- Communicate about your order, technical updates, refunds.
- Basic analytics — to improve courses.
5. Data sharing
- Creem.io — payment processing.
- Telegram — message delivery inside the bot.
- Railway — bot hosting.
- Google Analytics — anonymous site statistics.
We do not sell your data to advertisers and do not share it with third parties outside this list.
6. Retention
Access data is retained while your course is active plus a support period. Payment data is retained by Creem per their policy (typically per tax law, up to 7 years).
7. Your rights
Email support@flex-flow.fit to:
- Receive a copy of your stored data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (after course completion).
8. Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies — only for Google Analytics. The bot uses no cookies.
