By purchasing a Flex & Flow course you agree to these terms. If you don't agree — don't pay.
2. Merchant of Record
Creem.io acts as Merchant of Record for tax and acquirer purposes. Payment receipts are issued in Creem's name. We remain the creator and provider of the course.
3. What you get
- Access to video lessons inside the Telegram bot @flexflow_main_bot.
- Access duration is shown in each course description (from 1 month).
- Technical support via support@flex-flow.fit.
4. Prices & currency
Prices are listed and charged in USD. Your bank converts to local currency at its own rate and may apply a conversion fee.
5. Digital product
Courses are digital content with no physical delivery. Access is granted automatically after successful payment — usually within 60 seconds. If access doesn't appear within 10 minutes, email support.
6. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Short version: 7 days from payment.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials are copyrighted. Downloading videos, sharing access, redistributing or reselling materials is prohibited. Violation → immediate access termination without refund.
8. Liability
The course is an educational product. Exercises are performed at your own risk. If you have medical contraindications, consult a doctor before starting. We are not liable for injuries during exercise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; a new version will be published here with an updated date. Changes are not retroactive — your existing access stays under the terms that applied at purchase time.
