7 days — full refund
If the course doesn't work for you, you get a full refund within 7 days of payment — no questions asked.
How to request
- Email support@flex-flow.fit from the address used for payment.
- Include your order ID (from the Creem receipt) or your Telegram username.
- A brief reason is helpful for improving the course (optional).
Timing
- We confirm within 24 hours.
- Refunds are issued via Creem.io back to the same card.
- Bank processing typically takes 5–14 business days.
Access after refund
Once the refund is confirmed, course access in the bot is revoked. You can purchase again if you change your mind.
Exceptions
- Requests after 7 days are reviewed case-by-case — no guarantee.
- Confirmed copyright violations (sharing materials, reselling) → no refund.
